The GfW Schleiden invites companies, freelancers, self-employed individuals, and interested parties to a practical presentation on legal requirements and the implementation of the e-invoice.

The introduction of e-invoicing brings new organizational and technical requirements for many companies. The focus of the keynote speech is on which legal requirements must be observed, what businesses should pay attention to during the transition, and what opportunities arise from the digitization of invoicing processes.

The event is aimed at entrepreneurs, freelancers, and all interested parties who want to engage practically with the requirements surrounding electronic invoicing.

“E-invoicing is more than just a legal obligation – it is an important step towards more efficient and future-proof business processes. Those who invest in modern processes today lay the groundwork to remain competitive, efficient, and successful tomorrow. During the presentation, tax advisors Daniel Mies and Michael Schmitz will provide an overview of the current legal foundations and explain what businesses must consider when introducing and using e-invoices. The potentials of digital invoicing processes – such as optimizing internal workflows – will also be discussed. After the presentation, there will be an opportunity to ask individual questions.
