Our restaurant is open all day. At lunch and dinner, our kitchen offers a wide selection of dishes. In the afternoon, we offer a small menu featuring hot dishes, cakes, and hot or cold beverages for our guests. Nestled in the heart of the Eifel National Park, just 200 meters from the Eifelsteig long-distance hiking trail and 4 kilometers from the historic Vogelsang IP site, lies the Morsbacher Hof, a listed building. This magnificent 18th-century Eifel estate has been lovingly restored to its original condition, incorporating the latest findings in sustainable building practices wherever possible.
In addition to three vacation apartments, a cozy, rustic farmhouse café in the former old barn invites you to linger.
The Café-Chalet is a log cabin built in the traditional Canadian style. Constructed using local Douglas fir without any chemical additives, it creates a healthy living environment and ensures a cozy, mild indoor climate. Enjoy this atmosphere in our café.

Welcome to our family-run café and bakery on Schleiden’s market square. Our bakery treats you to delicious Eifel specialties, made with Eifel flour from certified farms:
Eifel country bread, Eifel trail bread, "wisse Taat" (semolina cake), and "schwatze Taat" (plum and pear compote cake). Our pastry shop creates the famous Schleiden Castle Pralines and the Castle Cake—a chocolate cake with brandy-soaked fruit and cranberry compote—just for you.

Now in its fourth generation, our family runs this butcher shop in the heart of Gemünd, offering regional sausages and meats as well as gourmet specialties. A daily changing lunch menu and a wide selection of homemade sausages, hams, and salads are a given here.

The butcher shop was founded in December 1965 by Julius and Ursula Steffen. This traditional butcher shop is now run by the second generation—twin brothers Frank and Thomas Steffen—and draws on over 50 years of experience. Located in the heart of Gemünd’s pedestrian zone—Dreiborner Straße—our butcher shop has become an integral part of the town’s landscape.
