Morsbach

Morsbach is located on the Dreiborn Plateau, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifel National Park.

From the Modenhübel viewpoint, sweeping views open up over the Urft Valley and the surrounding countryside. The open plateau, the nearby Morsbachtal Nature Reserve, and the trails leading toward the Urft Dam invite visitors to take long hikes.

Not far from the town lies the former Vogelsang Ordensburg, which is now open to the public as an international site of remembrance and education.

An active community life closely connects Morsbach with the neighboring village of Herhahn and shapes local community life.

Morsbach is known for its expansive landscape, unobstructed views, and close proximity to the natural beauty of the national park.
