Ausstellung: "Von Atemzug zu Atmosphäre"

The KunstForumEifel has chosen the four ELEMENTS -- BASIC SUBSTANCES as the theme for 2026 and presents as part 3 "From Breath to Atmosphere".

“Some people are like air: Essential. Others are like heavy air – simply exhausting.” Air is invisible, intangible, and certainly not indifferent to us. We pursue the fleeting: From the divine breath of ancient creation myths to the banal-genius rhythm of inhaling and exhaling. We explore air as the primordial substance that brews storms, heats the climate and lets us dream of absolute weightlessness while flying. But beware: There is something in the air! The spirit of the times and politics can be just as refreshing as they can suffocate the air. A lively exhibition awaits you between physical survival material and societal macroclimate. Come by – this exhibition will definitely take your breath away.

The vernissage takes place on Sunday, 13.09. starting at 3.00 p.m. with musical accompaniment from sound performance Ulrich Pfeil-Rüsenberg.
