Nordic Walking gets body and mind moving – rhythmic, joint-friendly, and together outdoors in nature.


Together through the forest areas of the city Schleiden with routes of 5 to 6 kilometers and gentle ascents. What can you expect? Improve endurance and general fitness Strengthen muscles in arms, shoulders, back, and legs Relieve joints through the use of poles Promote coordination.

The offer is part of the FürSorgeTag Eifel.
