On April 21, the GfW Schleiden invites you to a hands-on workshop on the history of Schleiden and Gemünd entitled WissensWert. The workshop will be led by Dr. Klaus Duck.

The format is aimed specifically at businesses in the hotel, catering and retail sectors as well as tourist facilities in the Schleiden area. The aim is to sustainably strengthen the quality of guest services and make the region even more tangible through in-depth knowledge and lively storytelling. In the workshop, central historical backgrounds, formative events and special stories from Schleiden and Gemünd are conveyed in a compact and vivid way. In addition, the participants receive practical materials that facilitate the transfer of knowledge to guests and strengthen the recognizability of the storytelling.

There is a particular focus on direct application: In two guided city tours - one in Schleiden and one in Gemünd - the acquired knowledge can be experienced directly and shows how content can be conveyed on site in an exciting and target group-oriented way.
