Under the motto "Organ taster day", the event offers a unique opportunity to experience the impressive technology and majestic sound of the organ up close. Visitors even have the chance to sit down at the console and try out the instrument for themselves.
The organ is often referred to as the "queen of instruments", as its versatility and majestic sound give it a special place in music. During the taster day, it is clearly explained how the organ works, how the sounds come out of the pipes and how the organist has control over the almost 3,000 pipes.
