Alena Schröder, born in 1979, works as a freelance journalist and author in Berlin. She studied history, political science, and Latin American studies in Berlin and San Diego and attended the Henri Nannen School. After a few years in the ›Brigitte‹ editorial team, she now works as a freelancer, including as a ›Brigitte‹ columnist. Together with Till Raether, she discusses writing in her podcast "sexy und bodenständig".
